It’s the rainy season in the Andes, and Pachamama is adorned in lush greens. February marks the beginning of Pachamama’s blooming season — a time when the land comes alive with vibrant growth as the earth begins to awaken.

The seeds of love you planted last year are also blooming. The Q’ero communities will soon be digging into the soft hillsides to lay irrigation lines that will direct an abundance of water to their homes and families.

The Cuy Project is Underway

cuy-project-q-ero

Q’ero families in three communities have begun the first phase of the cuy project by choosing large blocks of land to plant grass pastures. Each family installed fencing and tilled the land to plant grass seed in time for the rainy season. Each family sends you gratitude for your generous gifts.
